Hey, look, a comedian. Too bad satire is supposed to be based on actual facts. Considering that Samsung actually listens to it's customers (see the case of the kid with a free custom SGS3, among others), this is just a failed attempt. Try replacing Samsung with some other name (maybe the name of a company that royally screws it's customers, say maybe by patent trolling), and you have a winner.

I'm not talking customer service. Perhaps Samsung is fine with that...but if you want me to believe customers are asking for phones that FEEL cheap (because Sammie loves plastic) and Sammie is just giving the customers what they want.... No, I don't think Sammie is listening to the folks that want a high quality device that FEELS high quality too.

This looks like Samsung is this only one tapping the field of half-phone-half-tablet...and they're doing it beautifully! I hope to buy this phone, ti has some of the best specs currently on the market and the big screen is a definite plus for me! Bit of an upgrade from an old 6-year-old flip phone. 😉
