why are the consumers fighting each other over copy rights-where did the other manufacturer go wrong or copy an idea. we have non what so ever impact on any of this.

But what i have to agree on is. in a sense apple is calling them selfs STUPID and they are legally obligated to do so.

They are suing samsung for being copy cats of there product. But who IN THERE RITE MIND SHOPS FOR AN APPLE PRODUCT AND ENDS UP WITH AN SAMSUNG......... WHAT????

There is a clear distinction between the two. Samsung made a tablet. Apple made a pad. Pad is magic while tablet is uncool. if samsung didn't copy the magic, no infringment occured. I think the judge did a nice job there.

I don't dislike Apple because of their products but rather their ethos of patenting everything and their anticompetitive attitude trying to block competition by completely banning their products from an entire country. What fascinates me is that courts actually take the time to listen to their garbage.

Computer companies -not just APPLE- need to accept that you should not patent basic designs and features. Otherwise TI may get the idea to sue EVERYONE for using Transistors and then the Marconi estate will slap on a lawsuit for using electricity, WIFI etc.

I am so f... tired of hearing about everyone and his brother trying to patent the color of their sh!t that I am less and less inclined to even bother checking what's new.
As for Apple; you can hand out FREE iPADS and I still do not want one. I do not want to be associated with this company and it's business practices, no matter what.

Take action against Apple for not handing out free iPads? I can think of numerous reasons to take action against them, but this just seems unreasonable.
