60Hz is a non-starter. It's like buying a laptop with 1366x768 screen. Once you have experienced 120Hz, 60 feels like a slideshow from the Stone Age.
 
This monitor is targeted for professional/office use, not gaming, so I don't see an issue with the refresh rate.
At 60hz you have eye fatigue issues and potentially headaches and such. There's a reason people in professional settings were desperate to move on from 60hz that are not 'gaming'.
