sapphire 7970 or gigabyte 7970 is there a difference

Just wondering if one is better than the othee. Amazon has the sapphire vapor x 7970 for 500. Newegg has the gigabyte 7970 for 450 and you get crysis 3 which is nice. I just want the better card if one is better than the other. Iff not then the cheaper card with the free game seems sweet
