sapphire hd 7850 vs ps4 and xbox one

is my rig of amd fx 8350,asus m5a99fx pro mobo,sapphire hd 7850 2gb gddr5 gpu,corsair vengeance ram 4gb better than ps4 and xbox one in graphics and game performance?

The Xbox One has a graphics card compared to the Radeon 7770 Ghz Edition or a slower HD radeon 7790 whilst the PS4 has a GPU somewhere between the 7850 and the 7870 maybe an oc 7850. However due to optimization they will seem stronger on paper , most of the games on PC are ports from PS4 or Xbox One because the devs are so lazy ( its really hard to build a game for pc ) to build an entire PC centered engine from scratch so they copy what they've already done and port it on pc.

Your PC however is still very solid and will be on par with the Current gen consoles , slightly ahead of the xbox one as it displays a resolution of 792p on the most demanding games upscaled to 1080 p while the ps4 is native 900p .

A good upgrade to your PC will be another stick of 4 GB and a R9 280 , then that will crush the consoles with that said your pc will be better looking than a console thanks to the strong CPU and the native 1080p.
