News Sapphire launches budget Mini ITX AM5 motherboard in China — PCIe Gen 4 lowers costs

I'm sorry, maybe I'm confused here. But "budget" isn't $200+ for a motherboard that omits PCIE 5.0. That's why ITX sucks, you're literally paying more for less.

Last gen ITX was much better value. I got an Asrock B550 PG ITX with all the bells and whistles (PCIE4, two M.2 slots, good VRM, etc.) for $200 back in 2020, and the mid Tier ~$140 ones were not so bad either. AM5 ITX is just so hard to justify (and so few choices too).
