lower the rx 580 8gb LE to about $200 and I am sold otherwise I'm waiting for Vega not a %5 to 12% incremental performance increase because this is feeling like an Intel tactic.

The memory clock of the 580 4Gb is incorrect - it is 1750, not 2000.
