Your going to want something a little more powerful for that, a 1050 ti would be the lowest you should look at a 550 is far weaker.

Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Video Card ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $199.99
There is also the used market, a 960 4gb is a little better than a 1050ti and runs under $140 as well as finding 970's for just under $200.
This is also a better option over a RX 550 cut down.
EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 FTW GAMING, 02G-P4-6157-RX, 2GB GDDR5, ACX 3.0 $130

Depending on your CPU a 1050 2gb @1080 ultra matched with a i3 8100 will stay above 32fps. I would consider that the lowest a 1050 ti nearly stays in the 50's.
