Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X random reboot and not booting past windows loading screen

.So I am back once again, with the same error I had encountered many years ago - but once fixed myself.

Basically I had been using an R9 290 TRI-X for about two years after replacing my GTX 650ti. The card at first would not run, but I managed to solve it by doing a disk check.

However the problem has returned, in the same format more or less, but this time my computer won't even boot past the "windows loading" screen. I found a post I made many year ago on Linus Tech Tips forums which explains the problem pretty accurately.

The following post is me describing what happens when I could actually get into windows (which I no longer can):

At completely random times, my computer OS will randomly reboot. The sound on my computer will jam, everything will freeze for about 3 seconds and then my OS cuts off. The fans do not turn off, and all the equipment inside my case keeps running. When I reach the desktop after the crash I receive a message saying that "windows has encountered an error", the error report is as follows:

I have already returned the graphics card once and receive a new one, I put the graphics card inside another computer and it runs completely fine, I have tried new drivers and old drivers, and I have even purchased a new motherboard in an effort to counter the problem.

16GB RAM
2TB HDD
ASUS M5A78L-M
R9 290 Tri-X
Corsair RM1000 Watt Power Supply
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack One

This issue is still at large - I have installed the most recent AMD drivers relative to the 28th of august 2018, and I've used DDU and every other thing under the bloody sun.

If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

The temperatures remain stables throughout the whole ordeal...

I have been encountering the same issue since the same time frame. If I go into safe mode and delete the drivers, it works for a while then the problem returns.
