Sapphire R9 390 Nitro not working?

I recently bought a r9 390 nitro, and installed it. However, when i turned on my pc the blue light on the card lit up...but the fans didn't spin and the screen was black. Help?

Specs:
Windows 10
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45
PSU: Cooler Master 650W Bronze

Did you connect your monitor to your graphics card, and not your motherboard?

maybe you didn't plug all8x2pins into the r9 390.It won't spin if it didn't get enough power,so pkease check that out.If that doesn't help,i hope you better get a refund.Because if the card is normal,it do spin when you turn on your system.

As the others have said make sure the card is seated properly, all power connectors are plugged in and your monitor is hooked up to the gpu. If thats all done then perhaps try updating your motherboard's bios to see if that helps.
