i plan on building a computer and i wanted to know if a sapphire radeon 7750 (this is a budget pc but i will upgrade grphx l8r) will run in a pci-e 2.0 slot and if it will will there be a performance difference and will anything bottleneck in this setup http://

thnx for the information btw is anything overkill im thinking 500 wats will be too much

500 is a good number to start at so thats not an issue, I would say that cpu is overkill for that graphics card BUT its a good cpu to have, and will allow for upgrades on the gpu and will last a long time. So in all its a good build.

i hate to be a nuisance but will the stock cooler from amd keep my processor cool

It will keep it cool enough. You wont be able to OC and it can get fairly loud. I would recommend getting something like the Coolermaster Hyper 212+ or EVO if noise bothers you. If not it gets the job done.
