- [ ] Hello everyone, I recently buyed a SAPPHIRE Radeon R7 250 1 GB (DDR5), my motherboard is Intel DH67BL (With Intel i-7 2600) and a 500W power supply, and i've looked everywere and everyone to ensure the compatibility between both(card-board), I installed it step by step, keeping in mind everything to a correct installation, but it's seem to be an unusual error that when I placed the card, the pc starts normally but no signal of video, the screen just doesn't turn on(With power, but If pc were off), no VGA, HDMI neither DVI ports' response. The card seems working and its fan works normally, but I can't figure why doesn't works. I don't want to assume that its a manufacture defect, it's a new card and I buyed personally. My ask is if there something wrong that I didn't figured it or if there is actually an uncompatibilty issue. I've rode in this page that there is no problm with the PCIe 3.0 cards and the PCIe 2.0 ports. The cards doesn't need external power connection according to the manufacturer and the physical properties. If someone can help me I'll really appreciate that. I previously used a Radeon HD 5450 1 GB (DDR3). Thanks by the way just for reading all this. OS: W7 64-bits

Hello there!

I got the same card.
Did you realised if you have installed the GPU it boots from the onboard one ?
As Phillip mentioned, go in bios and turn off/lower the priority on onboard GPU.
I couldn't do that (no option for it) so i did the following and worked:

1. Remove the GPU
2. Power up using onboard GPU
3. Press Win + R and type msconfig
4. Put Safe mode with minimal
5. Exit (Don't restart)
6. Shut down the PC
7. Put the GPU
8. Power up (should boot in Safe Mode)
9. Go to devices and right click on onboard graphics driver and press deactivation.
10. Press Win + R and type msconfig
11. Remove safe mode and restart
Not familiar with Intel motherboards but if the system was previously using integrated graphics, you probably need to bring up the motherboard's BIOS Setup utility and change from integrated graphics to PCI Express, then save and exit.

That's what I had to do on my ASRock board when I upgraded the graphics, though of course I was l was already aware of what needed to be done as I'd done it several times before when upgrading my friends' computers

Of course, you'll need to connect the monitor back in to the integrated graphics port in order to do that, otherwise you won't see the BIOS utility on the screen.
