Question Sapphire RX 570 8GB Yellow mark in AMD Radeon Graphics (Device Manager)

Hello guys, I have a problem with my GPU there is a yellow mark on it in device manager. But actually i can use the gpu without any problem in games and normal usage etc.

This is the steps that i have done,

DDU
Install updated gpu driver
reflash gpu bios
use the patch AMD/ATI patcher (atikmdag patcher)

the recent changes that i have done with my system before i noticed this yellow mark is update my windows 10 to the latest version and update my motherboard bios to the latest also,
my motherboard is MSI B450 gaming plus max.

it's a code error 43

Even i install board chipset same problem, what do you recommend revert back to the stock bios of my motherboard?

rolling back bios isn't an ideal solution. I wouldn't suggest that as a fix.
what CPU? (Not that I think it helps)

This generic message could mean there's a true hardware problem or it could simply mean that there's a driver error that Windows can't identify as such but that the hardware is being affected by it.

are they newest adrenaline drivers for card? your dxdiag shows as August

I am on 23.9.3 - mine dated 21st Sept but I know not every AMD card gets same driver versions.

run ddu and instead of getting drivers from AMD after exiting safe mode, run windows update and see if it can find a driver. It should have one for that card. See if it reports errors.

Processor: Ryzen 5 5600G

I flash again may BIOS back to it's stock version, same problem.
Yes there is a new driver version 23.9.3 but every time i check for an update with my adrenalin edition it say's that i have the latest version wich is version 23.9.2
this problem is driver side right? not in my gpu itself? because i conduct furmark stress test to my gpu it's running good, no garbage display, it did not crash, no overheating issue, Additional error report.
