Question Sapphire Rx480 Nitro Stop working but leds are on

So my problem is the next.

Today when i turned on my pc nothing was showing on screen, oppened it and noticed that gpu fans are not spinning when turning on but the leds that light the Sapphire word is on and i did the next things to check if i could fix something:

1. Tried different DVI cable aswell as HDMI.
2. Tried another monitor.
3. unplugged and plugged my gpu again.

Nothing worked to make the gpu work as intended.

Right now im using the integrated graphics of my pc and gpu is still plugged and leds on.

Do you guys have any suggestion? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

I dont know how to check the model of the GPU but im adding all info i can:

MOBO: Z170M-PLUS
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 3200Mhz PC- 25600 cl16 x2
GPU: Sapphire Radeon Nitro Plus RX 480 4GB OC GDDR5

opening it and checking for any damaged component i found the next problem (i add an image) would like to know if there is any datasheet avaliable for this graphic card since i dont seem to find it or if you guys know what capacitor is that maybe changing it fix my problem.
