Question Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270X Only One Fan Spinning

Graphic Card: Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270X

One fan stop working 3 years ago and I realized that the other fan was a little bit slow, So I removed the both fans and fixed them by putting a small drop of a Light Machine Oil, But only one fan is working although the Two Fans were working some day and I remember that.

P.S. I think one fan stops after AMD Radeon Software Updated Oneday.

I tried to open FIFA at the Ultra Graphic Settings and the graphic card reach 82 Celesius degrees but still one fan spinning.

Now, I tried AMD Radeon Software to try to see the two fans spinning and finally I succeed when put Fan Tuning at 92%, I saw the two fans spinning once again.


Is that normal that the card reach 82C degrees and only one fan spinning although the second one works perfectly?

Is there a settings to tell AMD Software to run the both fans on a certain degree?

The Card degree now is 58C and RPM is 1328

I'd have replaced all fans after sourcing them from Ebay or Aliexpress.

P.S. I think one fan stops after AMD Radeon Software Updated Oneday.
If you think that an update caused the issue, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
