Sata 1 and 2 port cant detect my sata drive.. BUT SATA A can!

i have asus p5vd2-mx mobo it has 3 sata port sata 1, 2 AND sata A wich has a red color port... the problem is that my two hardrive connected to sata 1 and 2 is not detected .. if i connect my bootable hardrive in sata 1 or 2 it says "disk boot failure.insert disk and bla bla blah....

i cant use my 2 hard drive now because of this..pls help me


is my mobo gone bad?

is it the driver? !@#$$!#$#%!#

The smaller one 1.44MB i think.

Yeah, until I know the BIOS file update only have a 856KB size or something like that.

wew just bought a new mobo with the same spec.... ive updated my bios but it didnt work... maybe sata1 and 2 are really dead... bought new one though... thank to you all
