Hi there qewee,

What was this software? What happens if you plug out the drive and boot?
My suggestion would be to back up all the data stored on the drive, and to reformat it. Then, you can put your data back on the drive.
As it seems that your system can't properly boot, you can boot up from a CD/flash drive with Ubuntu and do these things. Here's a thread on Ubuntu Live CD: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/267999-32-recover-data-mode

After all this, you can test both your drives with a tool that can provide SMART report: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Let me know in case you have some more questions,

Some software was in Transcend External Hard Drive to improve the experience I think .. And it's no matter if you plug or unplug (same problem)
The main issue here (I can't do any) no safe mode, recovery, restore point or wipe windows with keeping my files .. So I formatted completely

Sorry ^^ I didn't w8 .. this is my main work station :)
