Hey, I have a question for you guys maybe someone can assist me.
Yesterday I brought a brand new data HDD 500GB, connected it was showing perfectly in Windows 10 Disk Management. But when I got to the initialize stage the drive now says 0KB, device model doesnt show, it says it's working properly but clearly isnt. Cannot actually initialize it or anything as it says something about I/O, tried to wipe it then start again not working, tried to use disk part still isnt working.
I can see the drive inside the Disk Manager, but it says
Red circle with arrow down, under that it says Unknown, and under that says Un Available.
In information says Its not recognizable.
Not to sure what else I could possibly try.
