SATA III connection switch

Hi. I just finished building my PC and somehow my SSD is connected to SATA 1 and my HDD is at SATA 0. Can I just switch the connections to make it the other way around? I want to make my SSD as my Boot Drive at SATA 0. Or does make any difference? Need help pls. Thank you.

It doesn't matter which one it is plugged into. Just go into your BIOS and specify the boot (device) order there.
