[SOLVED] SATA M.2 Drive not detected, PCIE one's fine

I've completed a new build (twice due to RMA) and have an annoying issue.

I've got 3 M.2 SSD's, 2 of which are PCIE 3 (1 - WD Black SNT750 & 1 WD Blue SN550) and also put in my old SATA M.2 drive (WD Blue WDS200T2B0B ) to act as general storage, I'm trying to eliminate the extra cables normal SATA drives bring and one of the reasons for the motherboard choice was the 3 M.2 slots.
However, the PCIE3 drives show and are usable (both from BIOS and Windows) but the SATA based one isn't (again both from BIOS and Windows).

I know it's still functioning as it has been installed in an older build (while the RMA was going on) and worked fine there, it's also on the supported list for the motherboard (B550 Aorus Master).

Any ideas on why it's not available for use?

Solution
Read your motherboard manual.
Because of the higher bandwidth of pcie devices, installing one will often disable some conventional sata ports.
You have to look at your mobo, cpu in relation to the memory lanes and pcie lanes available. For instance, On my Motherboard, it has 3 M.2 slots in which are pcie 3.0. I also have 2 GTX 1080's in which takes up 2 pcie lanes and it shuts off one of the pcie slots.
