Sata stops the PSU

My psu won't power on when any sata ports are plugged in. I'm running 2 SSDs and an HDD off of one cable, would that possibly be the problem?

The PC powers on fine when only the 24 pin connector and the CPU lead is plugged.

Specs:

i5-6600K
Z170-P
16GB Corsair Vengeance
750w EVGA GQ

Yeah, all 3 are working fine.

Bad cable, Cable in wrong connector PSU or one of your SATA devices has a short.
