Don't do that.
If your PSU does not have the proper connector, you need a new PSU.

Molex to 6 pin, I see no major problem with that as long as its a decent PSU. But Sata to 6 pin - looks dangerous.
Although, looking at my PSU right now, the Sata and Molex are the same size...
