Satelitte laptop M50D A 10L wont start up its showing a black screen possible virus

Laptop satellite M50D A 10L wont start up its showing a black screen before it went off it showed all the icons as the same name and very impolite, I think there is a virus but would like some assistance if possible please There is no battery that you can physically take out so cant do the power button down thing for 60 seconds either

You can do a hard reset first, disconnect the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and try to boot up the laptop. If it doesn't boot up you may really need to open the laptop to reseat the RAM and make sure they are all seated properly into each RAM slots. Also you can hook up an external monitor into your laptop if you can hear the fans spinning and there are light indicators that it's on. If all these troubleshooting steps failed it could be the motherboard which is faulty.
