Saved games and some files don't stay!

Hi, I am writing because I built my cousin a computer, has a GTX 960, AMD Phenom X8 Windows 7, and for some reason, when he plays a game he can save it, everything on his computer runs smooth and normal. When he is ready to play again, almost all his games have lost their saves, some of his games just delete themselves completely from his program files folder. He doesn't have access to the internet, no virus's (did a scan to be sure). It's a fresh install. From Assassin's Creed Syndicate to Fallout 4 to the Sims 4...no matter what, the saves get deleted. I've thought about his documents for some reason may have something wrong with them preventing them from keeping files, as 90% of save games are in My Documents...but like I said, he loses games from his Program Files too. Sounds weird, sounds impossible without the internet...but I don't know...I've done everything.

Anyone have any ideas? This may not be posted in the right spot.

I guess the only thing I know to do is to tell him to store his Documents folder on a Flash Drive twice daily.
