Looking for a substitute for a comcast router/modem. Preformance, may upgrade to blast. Would there be any noticable difference between the 3?
I'm also currently looking at the Tp Link Archer 7. Opinions or Similarly priced routers?

Like Ron says if you live in an area where you can get very high speed go with his recommendation. Otherwise, I would go with the SB6141, as I have found a high incidence of heat related failure in the other two choice you listed.

I've used a couple Archer 7 units on lower priced jobs, but generally prefer ASUS or the Netgear R7000 as they have better range and reliability in my experience. And although AC is nice, it only is worth the money if you have AC adapters, otherwise save some money and go with an ASUS RT-N56 or 66 dual band N.
The SB6183 (http://www.amazon.com/ARRIS-Motorola-SurfBoard-SB6183-DOCSIS/dp/B00MA5U1FW) has the capabilities of handling the higher speed connections that are coming to your area. It is the only consumer modem (one you can purchase) that has 16 download channels - giving you the speeds of up to 700Mbps+ (TWC in Austin, NYC and LA have up to 300Mbps now). It appears that TWC and Comcast will be upgrading to this format in all areas of the country over the next 2-3 years. If you purchase the 6121, 6141 or other modem, it will max out at 100Mbps when your area gets upgraded.

The other option is to rent one from Comcast....
