Question SBC for AMD RYZEN 5 2400G APU

I need a PICO ITX or SBC motherboard which has support for the following mobile processor : AMD RYZEN 5 - 2400G APU. The APU should be embedded on the motherboard like on the single board computer or pico itx Motherboard or I prefer a mobile itx but if mobile itx is not found which I Am pretty sure there is a rare chance, pico itx would be a better choice or SBC 2.5 or 2.4 inch.

So please help me search for such a board. Can be any brand. Doesn't have to be fanless. Can have a small sleek heat sink and a tiny mini fan. I prefer fanless model and architecture though.

For the case I will do 3d print myself.
