scaling issue on hdmi

i just installed my sapphire r9 290 tri-x oc and all its appropriate drivers for windows 8.1. The problem is on my monitor (lg 23ea73 [only supports hdmi and vga]) the scaling is not working and i am left with larage black bars on the sides (i know its because of hdmi). Anyway do you know how to fix. Thx

There is a setting in CCC that lets you setup the scaling, set that down to 0 (zero) and should fix your problem.
