So I just pre-built a cheap system (Xeon processor, RX 580). Not even in a case yet. Just put it together, see if it's all working. And sure enough, it was working. But once I installed Windows in it and all I noticed a scaling problem, the screen is a bit zoomed in. At first I thought it would be solved once I downloaded newest drivers and adrenalin. But it didn't help. Using the GPU scaling options on Adrenalin also didn't work. I don't know what to do here.

Is image going past TV border? If it is then yeah overscan. If image isn't going past border then maybe change desktop icon size smaller in Windows.

You've set resolution to 4k yeah?

that is overscan, can be disabled in gpu drivers, in radeon display settings, there should be hdmi scaling slider
I couldn't find the slider.

Yes, image is going past the TV border. Not by a loooooot but very noticeable. Yes, the resolution is set to 4k.
