Scan drivers Win 7 64 bit Epson BX310FN

Hello,
I have just bought a Toshiba portable with Win 7 64-bit and installed Office 2010 Home
previously in WORD I would expect to be able to acquire a picture object from the 'scanner' menu option, but it is greyed-out
also I am used to using the scanner on my multi-function Epson BX310FN using the Paint utility, but Win 7 does not recognise the scanner
any solutions please ? Peter

By BX310FN, did you mean the Workforce 310? Download all the latest drivers from Epson:
