[SOLVED] Scanning and Repairing C Drive

Every time I load up it says, scanning and repairing C drive. It's stopping me from getting to bios (im trying to enable my motherboard hmdi port). its been doing this for a month or so and I can't get it to stop. It's every single time i boot up (yes i shut down from the start menu). It loads for 10-15 seconds then boots up normally, its just stopping me from entering bios.

unplug the hdd to get into bios
