My computer has been stuck in scaning and reparing at 65% for 9 hr

sounds like you have serious bad sectors on your hard drive, I would get a new one and clone it before its too late.
I had this issue recently and did just that... then for the fun of it properly formatted it ... 1TB took 7 hrs to format... its only 832GB now empty lol

9 hours at that means a bad surface or hard disk general problem

do backups if you can, get a new hard disk, this one is not going to work well anymore
