[SOLVED] Scanning to E-mail Lexmark cx410de

Scanning to E-mail and when I receive the attachment I open with Adobe X standard it opens as a blank PDF. If I do this same function from another printer to same e-mail it works fine. I have sent to multiple PC with the Lexmark and it is always blank. What could be the issue?

I just checked and it does not copy it is blank when it prints out.

I moved this printer to another location because the user did not need the scanning function. It is now locally connected the scanning/copy function works fine now. Can you explain why all of a sudden this just started working? Drivers maybe? The previous set up was as a network printer but trying to copy another paper or scanning always ended up blank.

Can't be drivers.... if it wasn't copying.
My guess it was some mechanical issue that was resolved by moving the printer.
