Scheduled Sleep Task Issue

I am trying to set a scheduled task to put my computer to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity. So far I have tried setting the Trigger to "On Idle" then under Conditions I have:

Start the task only if the computer is idle: 30 minutes
Wait for idle for: 30 minutes
Stop if the computer ceases to be idle = checked off
Restart if the idle state resumes = checked off

However, the computer goes to sleep after 10 minutes of being idle, not 30 minutes like I have selected.
Also, I have tried adjusting the times, but it has no effect, it still sleep after 10 minutes.

I am running Windows 8.1.

Does anyone have any advice?

Why not simply download and install a timer program... this one works with Win 7 & 8

That doesn't really work for me as it needs to be manually set every time it is run. This put me on a path checking out alternatives, but none seem to have automation features.
