Question SCP dualshock 3 Bluetooth problem

hi, i am using latest version of win 11 . i have a official DS3 and 2 Bluetooth one dungel another is laptop built-in.... i have seen so many tutorial and install everything. problem is although it shows my BT mac adress in host section (driver is installed) the controller wont pair with it and doesn't work wireless. i can use it with usb. i have tried six axis pair tool and set BT mac on controller. and tried another pc with win 10. same problem. what should I do?
my BT dung is V4 and built-in is ver 5.2

Driver used to connect Windows to DS3 controllers, so I guess I am right.
What version of Toolkit? 1.7?

I wonder how old the driver is. I know there is a github for the toolkit but it hasn't been updated since 2016 - https://github.com/nefarius/ScpToolkit/releases

I don't know if driver works with win 11. It was a problem getting it to work with win 10

latest version of both toolkit and other one. got it from that source you mentioned. unfortunately it won't pair with my control.
even i have tried Beta. I'm not sure if it's Bluetooth problem or what since host adress (BT mac) is showing up after installing SCP.

does it work with DS3 as well as DS4?

yes i have tried it on my laptop with windows 11 and my pc with win 10. same problem
