Scratch inside of laptop monitor?

There appears to be some kind of small scratch in the inside of my laptop monitor, where I see a bit of red. I am a bit worried about it as I have not seen it before and noticed just now.

Other than being quite annoying with it in the middle of the display, as long as the display is working fine otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, eventually it can get larger, or the whole display could go out, but that can happen to any laptop (mark or no mark). If it really bugs you, you can always replace the display.
