Scratched Back of Motherboard, copper exposed, is it broken?

I was installing a new CPU cooler and as I was taking out the motherboard I scratched the back of it against the center mounting standoff in the case. When I re installed everything it seemed like everything was getting power as the fans were running and the mobo and gpu power lights were on, this is except for a top fan and the something to do with the RGB as non of the rgb lights came on. Is it possible that my motherboard is broken and that is the reasoning for this? Any information would be appreciated.

Additional Information: no leds on motherboard indicate failures and no beeps when computer is turned on that would signal the issue.

Solution
The track would have to be broken (separated).... if only the clear coating was removed leaving the track exposed, you only need to cover it again with Conformal Coating... https://www.techspray.com/conformal-coating

Clear nail polish or any color for that matter may help but I've read it (the acetone in it) can melt the surrounding coating.. so the propper coating in a spray can would be the recommended thing to use. Another recommended substance is candle wax so you could use that while you wait for the spray can to arrive.

EDIT
The four tracks right of the center screwhole right?... the track is not damaged... just cover it for insulation and protection from moisture, static, temp.

Thank you for the information,
If the scratch is not the problem do you have any ideas as to what else might be causing the issue?
What could be causing there to be power to only certain parts on the mobo and not other, as seen by the issue of fans working in only some fan headers and not others?

1. Have you double checked the power connections to the motherboard?... as you removed the motherboard it is possible you didn't connect something or did not connect it propperly.

2. It is possible the PSU is failing.. try a different unit if one is available.

3. Try resetting the BIOS and later Restoring it. BIOS corruption can resemble all types of hardware issues including PSU issues.

BIOS Reset:
1. Remove the AC power cable or shut down the PSU switch
2. Remove the BIOS Battery or move the BIOS jumper from pins 1 and 2, to 2 and 3 (or do both for best results)
3. Press the power switch for 30 to 60 seconds
4. Wait 10 minutes
5. Revert every step and turn the computer on.

BIOS Recovery:
1. Remove the AC power cable or shut down the PSU switch
2. Remove the BIOS Battery and the BIOS jumper from pins 1 and 2 and leave it off
3. Press the power switch for 60 seconds
4. Wait 10 minutes
5. Revert every step and turn the computer on.
