Scratched my graphics card

GRAPHICS CARD BROKEN
When i was putting my new wireless card in, i think that the wireless card touched (scraped lightly) on the graphics card which is directly below the wireless card slot. straight after this happened, the fans went on full and have not stopped since. on device manager wen i look at my card it just says. Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). I have no idea what to do but for now my games cannot run. everything else is fine though. e.g i am writing this on the same computer.
PLEASE USE YOUR TECHNICAL MAGIC TO GIVE ME ADVICE...

Step 1: restart your computer
Step 2: send in to be repaired.

Did you restart the pc yet? You would be amazed how many problems can be fixed with a simple restart. And did you install the network card with the pc running? Why? Did it actually work afterwards?

yeah i instllaed the new wireless card whilst it was still running. (stupid i know) but it means that my LEDS were on so i could see what i was doing. i have restarted, reinstalled drivers and nothing works.

I don't know what else to do unless you have super awesome knowledge of GPUS, a 3D printer and maybe a soldering shop.
