Hi,
I recently got a Pixel Qi PQ3QI-01 reflective laptop screen from Ebay from a seller that claimed it was new. When i got it i saw it had many scratches on it's metal case leading me to think that it was used. I contacted him and asked him about this and he said that it is normal because it is a barebone screen that goes inside a laptop and therefore the metal case is not polished, he said that, and i'm quoting, "because they used tools to grind it. It is not scatches but machined metal. They do not shine and finish internal components of a computer because will be inside a case. "
And actually that was the only imperfection it has, the screen and the back are perfect.
So is this true or is he just trying to scam me ?
