Question screen almost freeze video game hight spike cpu usage

hello
i have a problem when i play some video game ( not all video game ) when i play after like 5/10 min some video my screen almost freeze and the sound too for like 2 or 3 sec then it is back to normal for maybe 5 minute and back again with freeze .
When i check quick cpu ( see picture ) when the ALMOST freeze happen i can see hight cpu usage and a huge drop in cpu power and cpu clock .
Everything is up to date , driver windows 11
this problem only happen in some video game other then that never have problem with my laptot .
Asus tuf gaming 17
ryzen 9 7940/hs
4070 gpu
32 go ram
i don't know what to do .
I even try to undervolt the cpu still got the same problem .

Did you laptop come this way out of the box?

this problem only happen in some video game other then that never have problem with my laptot .
You might want to include a video of the issue in action. Please mention the games you're taxing the laptop with.

You could try this;
Check and see if the BIOS on your laptop is pending an update. Following that, reinstall your chipset drivers in an elevated command. After the above steps, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

no i have buy new ram . i have try both with the new ram and the ram (original ram) still got the problem .
game are BD3 , frospunk, metro exodus, ( very very rare but happen sometimes ) path of exile and league of legend ( but i repeat it is very very rare ) . do not ahppen at all with darkest dungeon .

Bios is up to date
can't acces AI tweaker on my bios
clean install from the laptop is less then 3 month .
driver from nvidia i upload them via their app .
do not know how to post a video .
