Question Screen and audio freezes for1-2 seconds every few minutes ?

I am having trouble when playing or doing anything my pc will freeze for 1-4 seconds randomly doing any task the screen freezes so does audio it happens ever 1-2 minutes and can really effect gameplay any suggestions.

As a side note, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? If you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on?
