Screen become Warm when I touch the VGA Cable

Hey... Friends... I've been experiencing this problem from last month. My problem is when i touch the vga cable my screen became many colors or warm. I hate this problem.. I try many ways to fix this... but i couldn't please help

if you're lucky, your VGA cable is damaged and you need to replace it.
If not, the fault is either in your monitor or GPU connector.

Try new VGA cable, if it fix it you're done, if not
Try an other monitor, it fix it you're done, if not
the fault is in the GPU connector

EDIT: if your GPU has multiple connectors, try an other one.
