Screen blacks out for 5-6 seconds and back on

Hi Guys

I have been having problems with my new Rig, screen sometimes turns black off for about 5-6 second and back on, could you please help me out,

Spec are:
Intel I7 7700 4.2Ghz
MB: Asrock 250b Gaming k4
Ram: 16GB Ripjaw 2400
GPU: 1060 GTX Nvidia
power supply: Litepower 550w Thermaltake

any assistance would help, i have tried many things, like updating drivers, uninstalling drivers for GPU,MB, still the problem is there.

Did you check the temperatures here? What are you doing usually when it blacks out?

Thermaltake dont make good PSU`s so I am wondering if that one is to blame to be honest.

Ask a friend if he would be so kind to lend you his PSU just to make a quick test to see if you still "black out".

temp is fine, just browsing sometimes or gaming...

I have spoken to the PSU company Thermaltake and they said that it should have no problems supporting this Rig at all.

I'd say follow the people that gave you the PSU advice, and I recommend unselecting best answer as the problem doesn't seem to be solved and you might not get the help needed.

Hey mate i bought a 750 gold PSU and still doing the same thing ??

i have changed cables and still doing the same thing.

You say your temps are fine. Thats not really an answer

- What program are you using to read you temps?
- What is the CPU and GPU temps?
