Question screen blacks out when enabling FSR

I have rx 580 8gb OC b-450 mobo ryzen5 3600 cpu. Just tried to tryout FSR the other day and within a few secs screen went black which actually has happened within the past month. I was overclocking from 1366 to 1415 for about 6 months then when I went to new and drivers screen started to blackout but hen got a "no signal" msg on my monitor. That quit after a bit but then seen FSR was available tried using then screen blacked out but PC seem to not actually be locked up. IS it possible my 580 is about to die?
