Screen blurs then stops blur then blurs again

Hi I installed a Geforce 650 graphics card. Everything works fine but I notice that the screen and text will be crisp then next go slightly blurry. This alternates over and over. So i'm wondering if anyone has a fix for this. Overall its not affecting performance but its just hard that when i'm look at the screen it'll go to the blur and i think something is wrong with my eyes but after seeing it happen so often I know that not to be the case.

Make sure your cables are properly attached.

They are i even unattached then reattached them. It still persists

Have you tried a different monitor?
