Screen flicker XfX Radeon HD 7770

Hi there, as the title said my screen has been flickering for almost a month now. im using VGA output lenovo monitor and HD7770 GPU. the most common solution for screen flickering is to increase the refresh rate, but i cant seem to choose other than 59 or 60 hz. Have tried with the same other monitor also no good. But when i tried the monitor to my office pc, i can increase the refresh rate to 75hz and no flicker. so my guess the HD7770(DVI or HDMI) is the culprit.

Different monitors run at different refresh rates, I am guessing your lenovo has a different refresh rate, other than 60, try a lower refresh rate.

nvm , seems like its because i placed cellphone for too long near the screen(habit) . thx
