Question screen flicker

right um to be honest i dont know how to describe this but I will do my best
if u can help me that would be amazing thanks

so
when I have something open on my screen like chrome and I have discord open behind it
it will occasionally flicker to discord
thats probably the best way to describe and also happens when i watch Netflix on the windows app it will flicker to my desktop
if u can help that be much appreciated
