Question Screen flicker

Past few months I have been getting screen flickeringon my Asus N55S Laptop with the Intel HD300 and GeForce 635 GT Graphics installed. After about 30 minutes and numerous restarts including the blue screen saying there's a problem and restarting it seems to settle down and becomes useable, when I connect a 2nd display via USB or HDMI there's no problem. I think it started after an update to the Intel, is there any way to find an older driver for the intel? No difference if I move the screen back and forth.
