Question Screen goes black new computer Please help

Whenever i watch videos on netflix and youtube my screen goes blank for 2-3 seconds once every few minutes. Same issue when i play my games such as apex legend or division 2 once in a while. Temperature of the CPU and GPU are really low when i am just watching videos. I have also tried to bring down my monitor refresh rate to 120hz

I am using a Samsung 27" 144Hz 1440P/WQHD Monitor.

I contacted Nvidia live support they told me to Access NVIDIA control panel -> click on manage 3d settings and under global settings change the following :
• Power management model – prefer maximum performance
• Threaded optimization – off
• Triple buffering – off
• Vertical sync – off
• Maximum pre rendered frames – 3


however problem still persists.

Anyone has a solution to my problem?

Maybe try fresh install of nvidia drivers make sure to use DDU to remove old drivers and clean install nvidia drivers.
Also, what adapter are you using to plug in monitor? Check the cable from your GPU to monitor is solid maybe try a different adapter.
Can you monitor temptratures make sure they are okay when this issue occurs.
