Screen goes blank

So Yesterday I switched my computer form windows 8.1 to windows 7 everything was working fine. Now after I install all my driver blah blah, after a few minutes of use my computer goes to blue screen sometimes with vertical lines. Not bsod just a blank blue screen and I can't do anything but turn off my computer?
Im thinking i installed wrong drivers. But im not sure.

Yes, Sapphire Radeon 7870 OC GHz edition.

I have tried windows 8.1 and I have 290x's crossfired installed driver and screen goes black screen.. I have to go into safe mode remove the driver... went back to windows 7 and worsk perfectly fine I am thinking its the newest driver thats causing it... i would recommend going to 7 or you could try and older driver for your video card
