Question Screen is not getting signal when accessing BIOS , but okay in Windows ?

Hi everyone,
Just built my computer. Initially I had some issue with the monitors not getting signal while trying to install Windows.
I somehow by keep turning the computer on and off, managed to boot from USB and install windows.
Now, windows works fine, but when attempting to go into BIOS, screen is not getting signal. I tried everything that has been recommended such as resetting CMOS.
It is almost as if BIOS is actually up, but the monitors just can't show it for some reason.

CPU: i9 10850k
MSI gaming edge wifi
GPU GTX 1060 (just trying to get my hands on 30 series)

what connection are you using on the gpu to the monitor?

I have two monitors, one DP and one HDMI. They are both acting the same on GPU ports or MOBO ports
